Over the weekend I finished piecing the top. Now if I could only decide how to quilt it . . . .

- Mary
- I have been involved in some sort of handwork most of my life -- sewing, counted cross stitch, embroidery and quilting. I love the sea and all things that you think of when someone mentions the "sea" -- the feel of sand between your toes, watching waves crash against the sand, lighthouses or the sunrise on an empty beach. I have traveled the East Coast and Great Lakes to visit and photograph lighthouses. Someday I hope to incorporate those pictures into a lighthouse photo quilt.
